Zolarux Admin Control Center
Real-time operations dashboard for the Zolarux ecosystem.
Operating a marketplace blind is not an option.
As Zolarux grew, managing vendors, orders, disputes, and platform health from inside the database or app itself became impossible. I needed a dedicated operations layer — something that gave me real-time visibility into everything happening on the platform, with the ability to act on it immediately.
What I built and owned.
Designed and built the entire Admin Control Center as a companion application to Zolarux. Built cross-platform from a single Flutter codebase.
How it's built.
Firebase Firestore provides the real-time data layer. Flutter renders the same codebase across mobile, web, and Windows. Role-based access is enforced at both the UI layer and Firestore security rules level.

What was hard. How I solved it.
Flutter's multi-platform support is powerful but each target has quirks — Windows has different window management, web has different navigation patterns, mobile has different gesture handling.
Used responsive layout breakpoints and platform detection to conditionally render navigation (sidebar on desktop/web, bottom nav on mobile). Shared all business logic and state management across targets.
Listening to entire Firestore collections in real time gets expensive and slow as data grows.
Implemented scoped listeners — only subscribe to documents that are actively relevant to the current view. Paginate historical data separately from live updates.
Internal operations tool — live and in daily use.
The Admin Control Center is an internal operations tool built exclusively for the Zolarux team. It provides real-time visibility into vendor verification, order pipeline, and platform health — all from a single Flutter codebase across mobile, web, and Windows. Not a public product; no external user metrics.
